Together Not Alone:

A special Shabbat dedicated to awareness of mental health issues.

May 12th and 13th

Did you ever wish you could learn how to “meditate?”  For many people, you hear that it comes easily.  Maybe you’ve been told of the health and mental health benefits of doing it, but you think, “Nah, it’s not for me, and besides, I can never get my brain to stop THINKING!”

If you attend our special Shabbat morning service on May 13th, you will get to participate in a service that is very contemplative and thoughtful, and where you will see that there are some Jewish chants that can help you meditate and reflect inwardly.  Meditation does not always have to be silent!

Interested but have more questions?

Please call Janice Oliver-Iraci at 916-207-4142.
