Wow! What a demonstration we had today by Donna of her tried and true cheesecake recipe from Maxim's in New York. She did an amazing job showing us how to pull it all together.

A great bake for breaking fast with a dairy dish, perhaps.

Or just a delectable dessert to serve with or without a topping.
